About us

We invest and develop our own buildings as well as offer contracting services to other developers and landlords. We always provide a bespoke, high-standard service - we like to keep the characteristics of listed buildings to preserve the history of the building. We also have a passion for stone restoration & reviving old granite

We are always open to investors/partners who are keen for a new opportunity/venture or project. All enquiries should be sent to info@elgardevelopments.com.

We specialise in commercial to residential conversions, commercial fit outs & bringing life back to old buildings.
